  • Garlic4 cloves, minced
  • Shallots2, thinly sliced
  • Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek)2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce3 tbsp
  • Ketchup2 tbsp
  • Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)1 tbsp
  • Bean Sprouts1 cup
  • Chives1/4 cup, cut into 2-inch lengths
  • Vegetable Oil3 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black Pepperto taste

    Cook Maggi noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Remove and set aside.

    Add the remaining 2 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok. Sauté minced garlic and sliced shallots until fragrant.

    Add sliced chicken and shrimp to the wok. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp turn pink.

    Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup, and sweet soy sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

    Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and chives to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
