Bahan
- Instant Maggi Noodles4 packets
- Chicken Breast200g, thinly sliced
- Shrimp100g, peeled and deveined
- Eggs4
- Garlic4 cloves, minced
- Shallots2, thinly sliced
- Chili Paste (Sambal Oelek)2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce3 tbsp
- Ketchup2 tbsp
- Sweet Soy Sauce (Kecap Manis)1 tbsp
- Bean Sprouts1 cup
- Chives1/4 cup, cut into 2-inch lengths
- Vegetable Oil3 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepperto taste

Cook Maggi noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining 2 tbsp vegetable oil to the wok. Sauté minced garlic and sliced shallots until fragrant.

Add sliced chicken and shrimp to the wok. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through and the shrimp turn pink.

Stir in chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup, and sweet soy sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and chives to the wok. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
