- Garlic4 cloves
- Ginger0.5 inch piece
- Lemongrass1 stalk
- Turmeric powder1 tsp
- Chili powder1.5 tbsp
- Sugar1.5 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp

Boil chicken breast until cooked. Shred finely.
