- Midin (fern shoots)500g
- Belacan (shrimp paste)1 tbsp
- Minced garlic1 tbsp
- Chili paste (sambal belacan)1-2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Water2 tbsp

Wash and trim the fern shoots. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, then drain.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
