- Pre-shredded mixed vegetables (e.g., carrot, cabbage, jicama)400g

- Garlic, minced1 clove
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Chili sauce (for serving)as needed
