Bahan
- Pre-made puff pastry sheets2 sheets
- Potatoes300g
- Onion1/2 medium
- Garlic2 cloves
- Curry powder1.5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk50ml
- Egg1 (for egg wash)
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oilfor frying

Boil and mash potatoes until tender. Finely chop onion and garlic.

Sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add curry powder and turmeric powder, cook for 30 seconds.

Add mashed potatoes and coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until thick and well combined. Let cool.

Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions. Cut each sheet into 4 squares.

Place a spoonful of filling onto each pastry square. Fold diagonally to form a triangle or roll up like a spring roll. Crimp edges to seal.

Brush with beaten egg wash.

Heat oil for frying. Fry the pastries until golden brown and puffed up. Drain on paper towels.
