- Pandan paste1 tsp
- Water150ml
- Gula melaka (palm sugar)100g
- Desiccated coconut150g
- Salt1/4 tsp

Make the dough: In a bowl, combine glutinous rice flour with water and pandan paste. Mix until a soft, pliable dough forms.

Prepare the filling: Cut gula melaka into small, bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the onde-onde: Take a small portion of dough, flatten it, place a piece of gula melaka in the center, and carefully roll it into a smooth ball.

Boil the onde-onde: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently drop the onde-onde balls into the boiling water. Cook until they float to the surface.

Drain and coat: Scoop out the cooked onde-onde with a slotted spoon. Drain well and immediately toss in the desiccated coconut mixed with salt.
