- Glutinous rice flour300g
- Coconut milk (thick)800ml
- Sweetened condensed milk400g
- Water100ml
- Salt1/2 tsp

In a heavy-bottomed pot, whisk together glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, and water until smooth.

Add sweetened condensed milk and salt. Stir well to combine.

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. The mixture will thicken faster than traditional dodol.

Continue stirring until the mixture is very thick, glossy, and starts to pull away from the sides of the pot, about 1 to 1.5 hours.

Pour the mixture into a greased pan or onto parchment paper. Let it cool completely.

Cut into small squares or bars.
