  • Ginger powder1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder1.5 tsp
  • Chili powder1 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Coriander powder1.5 tbsp
  • Cumin powder0.5 tsp
  • Dried curry leaves1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • All-purpose flour4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil for deep fryingsufficient

    In a large bowl, combine chicken pieces with garlic powder, ginger powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried curry leaves, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

    Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep pot over medium-high heat.
