Bahan
- Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cubed500 g
- Dried shrimp powder2 tbsp
- Curry leaves1 sprig
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Chili padi (bird's eye chili), sliced2
- Light soy sauce2 tbsp
- Oyster sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Cooking oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water3 tbsp

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with salt and black pepper.

Heat cooking oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chili padi. Stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until almost cooked through.

Add dried shrimp powder, curry leaves, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to coat the chicken.

Cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the chicken is fully cooked.
