- Chicken breast, cut into cubes400g
- Chili paste (sambal oelek or similar)3 tbsp
- Garlic, minced2 cloves
- Soy sauce1 tbsp
- Ketchup1 tbsp
- Sugar1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water50ml
- Spring onions, slicedfor garnish

Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
