- Mackerel (Ikan Tenggiri)500g, cut into chunks
- Coconut milk400ml
- Malaysian Fish Curry Paste4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Water50ml
- Saltto taste
- Optional: Curry leaves1 sprig
- Optional: Cilantro for garnisha few leaves

Heat vegetable oil in a pot or wok over medium heat. Add the Malaysian fish curry paste and sauté until fragrant.

Add coconut milk and water. Stir well and bring to a simmer. Add curry leaves if using.
