  • Potatoes2 medium
  • Carrots1 large
  • Coconut milk400 ml
  • Chicken curry paste3-4 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp
  • Water200 ml
  • Saltto taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Fresh cilantrofor garnish
