Các bước
- 1
Prepare the wonton filling: In a bowl, combine ground pork, finely chopped shrimp, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2
Assemble the wontons: Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, pressing out any air. Bring the two bottom corners together and overlap them slightly, moistening one corner to seal, creating the classic wonton shape.
- 3
Cook the wontons: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently add the wontons and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they float to the surface and the filling is cooked through. Remove with a slotted spoon.
- 4
Cook the noodles: In a separate pot of boiling water, cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well.
- 5
Prepare the broth: In a large pot, heat the chicken broth. Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Simmer for 10 minutes to infuse flavors. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 6
Assemble the soup: Divide the cooked noodles among four serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with the cooked wontons and garnish with chopped green onions.
