- Goji berries (Gouqi)30g
- Dried longan50g
- Bird's nest (edible, prepared)10g
- Dried lotus seeds30g
- Dried pear slices20g

Các bước
- 1
Soak snow fungus in water for at least 1 hour until fully rehydrated. Trim off the tough yellow base and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Soak dried lotus seeds in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until softened. If using dried lotus seeds with the core, remove the green core to avoid bitterness.
- 3
Rinse goji berries, dried longan, and bird's nest.
- 4
In a large pot, combine soaked snow fungus, lotus seeds, dried longan, dried pear slices, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes, or until the snow fungus and lotus seeds are tender.
- 5
Add goji berries and rock sugar to the pot. Stir until the rock sugar dissolves. Continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
- 6
Gently stir in the prepared bird's nest during the last 5 minutes of cooking. Do not overcook the bird's nest.
- 7
Serve warm or chilled in individual bowls.
