- Water1/4 cup
- Sugar1 tsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Baguettes4
- Cucumber1/2, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro1/2 bunch
- Quick pickled vegetables (e.g., shredded carrot, radish)1 cup

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add diced tomatoes, ketchup, water, sugar, and fish sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Add the pre-cooked pork meatballs to the sauce. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, allowing the meatballs to heat through and absorb the sauce flavors.
