- Glass noodles30g
- Onion, finely chopped1/2 medium
- Eggs1
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Rice paper wrappers15-20 sheets
- Vegetable oil, for fryingsufficient amount
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Waterfor soaking noodles

Combine ground pork, chopped onion, chopped glass noodles, egg, fish sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
