- Cooked shrimp, chopped200g
- Ground pork150g
- Spring roll wrappers (Gyoza or Wonton wrappers can be used as a substitute)20 sheets
- Scallions, finely chopped1 stalk
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Fish sauce1 tbsp
- Sugar1/2 tsp
- Black pepper1/4 tsp
- Saltpinch
- Vegetable oil, for frying300ml

In a bowl, combine the chopped cooked shrimp, ground pork, scallions, garlic powder, fish sauce, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Lay out the spring roll wrappers. If using standard wrappers, moisten the edges with water.

Place a spoonful of filling onto each wrapper and fold/roll into a tight package.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
