  • Roasted peanuts50g
  • Shallots2 medium
  • Fresh mint leaves1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro1/4 cup
  • Thai chilies1-2
  • Fish sauce3 tbsp
  • Lime juice2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 tbsp
  • Water1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
