- Pre-cooked rice vermicelli noodles150g
- Pre-fried tofu strips150g
- Fresh mint leaves1/2 cup
- Pre-shredded carrot and cabbage mix2 cups
- Lettuce leaves1/2 cup
- Hoisin sauce1/4 cup

Prepare a shallow dish of warm water for dipping rice paper wrappers.

Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water until pliable. Lay flat.

Layer lettuce, vermicelli noodles, tofu strips, shredded vegetables, and mint near the bottom edge.

Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.

Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately with hoisin sauce for dipping.
