A classic Vietnamese yogurt dessert, known for its firm, jelly-like texture and tangy-sweet flavor. Made with condensed milk and fresh milk, then set to a perfect wobble.

Nguyên liệu
- Sweetened condensed milk1 can (300ml)
- Fresh milk (whole)500ml
- Yogurt starter culture (plain yogurt)50g
- Sugar50g

Gently heat fresh milk and sugar in a saucepan until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm (around 40-45°C).

In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and the yogurt starter culture until smooth.

Gradually whisk the warm milk mixture into the condensed milk and yogurt mixture.

Pour the mixture into clean jars or ramekins.

Cover the jars and incubate in a warm place (around 40-45°C) for 6-8 hours, or until set. An oven with the light on or a yogurt maker can be used.

Once set, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
