- Pre-cooked purple sticky rice2 cups
- Coconut milk1/2 cup
- Sugar1/4 cup
- Saltpinch
- Plain yogurt2 cups
- Sweetened condensed milk2 tablespoons

In a small saucepan, combine the pre-cooked purple sticky rice, coconut milk, sugar, and salt.

Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is warmed through and slightly thickened. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Do not boil.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

In serving glasses or bowls, layer the warm purple sticky rice mixture with plain yogurt.

Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
