- Pork ribs500g
- Pumpkin (Bí đỏ)500g
- Fish sauce2 tbsp
- Scallions2 stalks
- Cilantro1 small bunch
- Garlic2 cloves
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1.5 liters

Wash pork ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Blanch ribs in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse and drain.

Peel and deseed the pumpkin, then cut into large cubes (about 2-inch pieces).

Finely mince garlic.

In a pot, add the blanched pork ribs, minced garlic, and 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender.

Add the pumpkin cubes to the pot. Continue to simmer for another 15-20 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft and cooked through.

Season the soup with fish sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste.
