  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Scallions2 stalks
  • Cilantro1 small bunch
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Water1.5 liters

    Wash pork ribs and cut into bite-sized pieces. Blanch ribs in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then rinse and drain.

    In a pot, add the blanched pork ribs, minced garlic, and 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
