- Pork ribs (cut into smaller pieces) or ground pork400g
- Pumpkin (Bí đỏ)400g
- Fish sauce1.5 tbsp
- Scallions1 stalk
- Garlic1 clove
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Water1.2 liters

Cut pumpkin into 1-inch cubes. Mince garlic. Chop scallions.

In a pot, add pork (ribs or ground), minced garlic, and 1.2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes until pork is cooked.

Add pumpkin cubes to the pot. Simmer for another 15 minutes, or until pumpkin is tender.

Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
