- Cooked rice3 cups
- Vegetable oilfor frying
- Store-bought chà bông (pork floss)1 cup
- Sweet chili sauce2 tbsp
- Salt1/2 tsp

Mix cooked rice with salt. Press firmly into a thin layer on a greased baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Carefully fry portions of the pressed rice until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Arrange the crispy rice cakes on a serving plate.

Generously top the crispy rice with store-bought chà bông.
