- Coconut water500 ml
- Fish sauce3 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves, minced
- Shallots1, minced
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Black pepper1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil1 tbsp
- Green onionsfor garnish

Marinate pork chunks with fish sauce, minced garlic, minced shallots, sugar, and black pepper for 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated pork until browned on all sides.

Pour in the coconut water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the pork is tender.

Uncover and simmer for another 5-10 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce if desired.

Adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
