  • Coconut milk400ml
  • Water200ml
  • Sugar100g
  • Pandan leaves2 stalks
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon

    Boil the jackfruit seeds until tender, about 20-30 minutes. Drain and peel off the outer skin. Set aside.

    Soak tapioca pearls in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain.

    In a pot, combine coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Add pandan leaves tied into a knot.

    Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil.

    Add the cooked jackfruit seeds and soaked tapioca pearls to the pot. Simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, or until the tapioca pearls are translucent and the seeds are heated through.
