- Ripe bananas1 kg
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Tapioca starch150 g
- Sugar200 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Toasted sesame seeds2 tablespoons

Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.

In a separate pot, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat gently until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Do not boil.

Gradually whisk the tapioca starch into the warm coconut milk mixture until smooth.

Pour the coconut milk mixture over the mashed bananas and mix well. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Grease a baking pan (approx. 8x8 inches) and pour the banana mixture into it.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and firm.

Let it cool completely before slicing. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
