- Coconut milk400 ml
- Granulated sugar200 g
- Tapioca starch50 g
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
- Toasted sesame seeds1 tablespoon

Peel and grate the cassava root. Squeeze out excess liquid.

In a large bowl, combine grated cassava, coconut milk, sugar, tapioca starch, and salt. Mix well until smooth.

Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil.

Pour the cassava mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 50-60 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
