Clean the pork ears thoroughly. Scrape off any remaining hair or dirt.

Boil the pork ears in salted water for about 45-60 minutes until tender but not mushy. Drain and let them cool slightly.

While ears are cooling, prepare the marinade: whisk together vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cut the cooled pork ears into desired pieces (e.g., strips or halves).

Marinate the pork ear pieces for at least 30 minutes, or preferably longer in the refrigerator.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated pork ears for about 5-10 minutes per side, until nicely charred and slightly crispy.
