- Tomatoes300g

- Tomato paste1.5 tbsp
- Sweet paprika2 tsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut pork and beef into cubes. Slice the smoked sausage.

Heat oil in a large pot. Brown the pork and beef in batches, then set aside.

Add sliced onions and chopped bell pepper to the pot, sauté until softened.

Add minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute.

Stir in chopped tomatoes, sweet paprika, and smoked paprika.

Return the pork and beef to the pot. Add the sliced smoked sausage.

Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours, or until meat is tender. Add water if necessary.
