- Tomato paste2 tbsp
- Sweet paprika1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil3 tbsp
- Water500ml
- Saltto taste

Cut pork shoulder into 2-3 cm cubes. Peel and dice potatoes, onions, and carrots.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the pork cubes on all sides.

Add diced onions and carrots to the pot and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and tomato paste, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the diced potatoes and pour in water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours, or until pork and potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally.
