- Leeks3 large
- Mushrooms200g
- Heavy cream200ml
- Chicken broth150ml
- Smoked paprika1.5 tsp
- Butter2 tbsp
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp

- Breadcrumbs50g

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut pork into 2cm cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Clean and slice leeks. Slice mushrooms.

Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Brown the pork cubes. Remove pork and set aside.

Add leeks and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened, about 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until smooth. Stir in smoked paprika.

Return the pork to the skillet. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven (or pour mixture into a casserole dish).

Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
