- Rosemary1 tablespoon, fresh or dried
- Thyme1 teaspoon, fresh or dried

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Rub the mixture all over the pork chops.

Place the seasoned pork chops in a baking dish.

Arrange lemon slices on top of or around the pork chops.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F) and the juices run clear. Cooking time will vary based on thickness.
