- Yogurt (full-fat)150g
- Butter (unsalted, softened)150g
- Sugar100g
- Egg yolk1
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)as needed

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg yolk, yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. Do not overmix.

Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Roll the dough into small balls or shape into crescents. Place them on the prepared baking sheets, leaving some space between them.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The cookies should remain pale on top.

Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
