- Gochujang (Korean chili paste)75 g
- Soy sauce50 ml
- Rice vinegar30 ml
- Sesame oil1 tbsp
- Garlic3 cloves
- Ginger1 tsp grated

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).

In a bowl, whisk together honey, gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Season with salt and pepper.

Season ribs with salt and pepper.

Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil. Add a small amount of water.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours.

Remove foil. Brush ribs with the gochujang honey glaze.

Increase oven temperature to 200°C (400°F). Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting with glaze every 10 minutes, until caramelized and slightly charred.
