- Lamb shoulder or beef chuck500 g
- Onions1 large
- Bell peppers (any color)1
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cumin1/2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Cut the meat into 2 cm cubes. Finely mince 1 garlic clove and chop 1/2 onion.

In a bowl, combine the meat with minced garlic, chopped onion, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Slice the remaining onion and bell pepper into strips.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated meat to the skillet in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding). Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.

Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 2 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and slightly caramelized.

Return the meat to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the minced remaining garlic clove and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the meat is cooked through.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
