- Pork loin or tenderloin700g
- Bell peppers (various colors)2
- Onion1 large
- Garlic3 cloves
- White wine or chicken broth100 ml
- Olive oil50 ml
- Sweet paprika1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the pork into 2 cm cubes. Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.

In a bowl, toss the pork with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Add the pork and brown on all sides.

Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Pour in the white wine or broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and the pork is cooked through.

Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
