- Breadcrumbs40g
- Red pepper flakes1 tsp

- Vegetable oil, for frying3 tbsp
- Butter40g
- All-purpose flour2 tbsp
- Milk400ml
- Fresh dill, chopped3 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp

In a bowl, combine ground pork, grated onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form into small, oval-shaped meatballs.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer until thickened.

Stir in chopped dill and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and heat through for 5 minutes.
