- Onions2 medium
- Garlic3 cloves
- Coriander powder1 tsp
- Cumin powder1 tsp
- Smoked paprika1 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
- Lemon juice1 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Cut the meat into 1-inch cubes. Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic.

In a bowl, combine the meat, chopped onions, minced garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, smoked paprika, vegetable oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature, or 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a large skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated meat to the hot pan in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding).
