Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Cut the pork belly into 2-3 cm cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the pork belly cubes with olive oil, sweet paprika, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the seasoned pork belly cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Ensure they are not overcrowded.

Roast for 30 minutes at 200°C (400°F).

Reduce oven temperature to 160°C (320°F) and continue roasting for another 60-90 minutes, or until the pork belly is tender and the skin is crispy and crackling.
