- Rosehip Puree500 g
- Granulated Sugar400 g
- Pectin1 packet
- Lemon Juice1 tbsp
- Water50 ml

In a saucepan, combine the rosehip puree, sugar, and pectin. Stir well.

Add the lemon juice and water. Mix everything together.

Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.

Boil for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously, until the jam thickens.

Remove from heat and skim off any foam.

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.

Allow to cool completely before storing.
