- sirene cheese (Bulgarian white brine cheese)300g
- eggs2 large
- milk200ml
- sugar1 tablespoon
- butter, melted50g

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Crumble the sirene cheese into a bowl. Add eggs, milk, sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Line the baking dish with one sheet of puff pastry, trimming to fit. Brush with melted butter.

Pour the cheese mixture over the pastry base.

Cover with the second sheet of puff pastry, tucking in the edges. Brush the top with melted butter.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
