- Fresh Rosemary4 sprigs
- Garlic4 cloves

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Clean and scale the sea bass. Make a few diagonal slits on each side of the fish.

Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, rosemary sprigs, and crushed garlic cloves.

Place the fish on a baking sheet or in a baking dish. Drizzle generously with olive oil.

Season the fish inside and out with salt and black pepper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The skin should be golden and slightly crispy.

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
