- Garlic4 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Saltto taste

Clean the mussels under cold water, removing beards.

Thinly slice the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large pan with a lid over medium-high heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the mussels, white wine, and water to the pan. Cover immediately.

Cook for 4-6 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally, until the mussels have opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
