- Large shrimp, peeled and deveined1.5 lb
- Unsalted butter5 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Garlic, thinly sliced5 cloves
- Lemon zest1 tsp
- Fresh dill, chopped2 tbsp
- Fresh chives, chopped1 tbsp
- Dry white wine1/4 cup
- Saltto taste

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Add shrimp in a single layer and sear for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Reduce heat to medium. Add the remaining 3 tbsp of butter to the skillet. Once melted, add sliced garlic and lemon zest. Sauté until garlic is fragrant and lightly golden, about 1-2 minutes.

Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any browned bits.

Return the shrimp to the skillet. Add chopped dill and chives. Toss to coat the shrimp in the sauce.
