- Calamari, cleaned and cut into rings500g
- Garlic, minced4 cloves
- Olive oil3 tbsp
- Dry white wine1/4 cup
- Fresh parsley, chopped2 tbsp
- Lemon, cut into wedges1
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Pat the calamari rings and tentacles dry with paper towels.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the calamari to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until opaque and lightly golden. Do not overcook.

Pour in the white wine and let it bubble and reduce slightly, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Stir in the chopped parsley. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
