- Jarred roasted red peppers1 jar (approx. 300g), drained
- Sirene cheese (or Feta cheese)150g
- Garlic1 clove
- Olive oil1-2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Drain the jarred roasted red peppers well and pat them dry. Roughly chop them.

Crumble the sirene or feta cheese into a bowl. Add the chopped peppers and minced garlic.

Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together. For a smoother texture, you can briefly process in a food processor.

Serve immediately as a quick spread or dip.
