- Sirene cheese (Bulgarian feta-style)200g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Fresh parsley2 tbsp, chopped
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste

Roast the red bell peppers until the skin is charred and blistered. Place them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for 10-15 minutes to steam.

Peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds and stems. Chop them finely.

Crumble the sirene cheese into a bowl.

Mince the garlic and chop the fresh parsley.

Combine the chopped peppers, crumbled sirene cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
