- Cucumbers1.5 kg
- Water1 liter
- Vinegar (9%)200 ml
- Sugar80 g
- Salt40 g
- Garlic8-10 cloves
- Dill (fresh)2 sprigs
- Whole Dried Red Chilies2-3
- Black Peppercorns1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds1 tsp

Wash cucumbers and cut them into thick spears or rounds.

Sterilize glass jars. Place whole garlic cloves, dill sprigs, dried chilies, peppercorns, and coriander seeds into the jars.

Pack the cucumber pieces tightly into the jars.

In a pot, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring until dissolved. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot brine over the cucumbers, ensuring they are fully covered. Leave about 1 cm of headspace.

Seal the jars tightly with sterilized lids.

Allow to cool, then store in a cool, dark place for at least 2-3 weeks. The spice level will increase over time.
