- Hot peppers (e.g., Bulgarian carrot peppers or similar)8-10
- Garlic4-5 cloves
- Olive oil3 tablespoons

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash the hot peppers and pat them dry.

Place the peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the skins are blistered and slightly charred, turning them halfway through.

While the peppers are baking, mince the garlic cloves.

Once baked, carefully transfer the hot peppers to a bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and let them steam for about 10 minutes. This helps loosen the skins.

Peel the skins off the peppers. You can leave the stems on.

Arrange the peeled peppers on a serving plate. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Drizzle with olive oil just before serving.
